To amend Sec. 30-84(c) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Garden court crypts construction and maintenance fund.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 30-84(c) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the sentence, ", subject to common council approval."

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
