(Res.10-2077) Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 6-8-10: The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for the design, construction and maintenance of the Stewart-McBride Pond Retrofit Project between the Village of Mount Pleasant and the City of Racine with the City's share of the cost to participate in the intergovernmental agreement being $287,594.00. Further recommends that funding for the City's share of this capital project and subsequent maintenance cost for the pond be placed in the 2011 Storm Water Utility budget. Fiscal Note: Funds are available as herein delineated.
