Title: Permission to close alley for Wayman Fest on July 25-26, 2009 Resolved, that Wayman African Methodist Episcopal Church be granted permission to close the north-south alley behind 424 N. Memorial Drive, for their annual festival on Saturday and Sunday, July 25 and 26, 2009, in accordance with their request. Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Resolved, that Wayman African Methodist Episcopal Church be granted permission to close the north-south alley behind 424 N. Memorial Drive, for their annual festival on Saturday and Sunday, July 25 and 26, 2009, in accordance with their request.
 
Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
 
A.  A hold harmless agreement be executed.
B.  Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event.
C.  Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor.
D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event.
