The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Section 66-2(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end: “(3) Is the holder of a license to sell alcohol and/or tobacco, if the offense concerns the sale of alcohol to a person under the age of 21 or the sale of tobacco to a person under the age of 18.” Part 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication. To amend Section 66-2(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Offenses - Acts constituting offenses under chapter; penalties.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Section 66-2(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end:

“(3)                     Is the holder of a license to sell alcohol and/or tobacco, if the offense concerns the sale of alcohol to a person under the age of 21 or the sale of tobacco to a person under the age of 18.”

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
