(Res No. 15-0024) Recommendation of the City Plan Commission on 1-14-15: That in consideration of the Staff's finding that the proposed ordinance is consistent with the document titled "A Comprehensive Plan for the City of Racine: 2035" in that: 1. The proposed amendment is consistent with the applicable goals, objectives, and policies of the plan. 2. The proposed amendment will not lead to any detrimental environmental effects. 3. The proposed amendment is compatible with surrounding uses. 4. The existing local City (County) facilities and services in the area are adequate to serve the type of development associated with the amendment. 5. The proposed amendment will enhance economic development within the City. Ordinance ZOrd.006-14 be adopted. Further, that a resolution be adopted. Fiscal Note: N/A
