Amend guidelines for facade grant program
Whereas, an improvement to the older residential neighborhoods of the city can be made by extending the Commercial Facade Grant Program to commercial properties not located on major streets.
Resolved, that the eligibility criteria for the Commercial Facade Grant Program be amended to allow commercial properties not located on major streets to participate in the program.
Further resolved, that all other eligibility criteria remain unchanged.
