Resolved, that Amendment No. 1 to the three-party contract between the City of Racine, State of Wisconsin and Graef for State Project ID: 2703-00-01, Memorial Drive Bridge Project, as submitted, is approved.
Fiscal Note: Amendment No. 1 is in the not-to-exceed amount of $7,126.24 with the City’s share being $1,425.25 (20%), and the State’s share being $5,700.99 (80%), bringing the total contract amount to $97,085.80. Funding to defray the cost of this amendment be appropriated from Org-Object 45040-57540, Memorial Drive Bridge.
