GRANT EASEMENT TO WE ENERGIES FOR TRAIN DEPOT

RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an easement agreement for 1421 State Street in which the City of Racine grants WE Energies permission to install underground electrical service on Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Certified Survey Map #2587 to provide for the electrical needs of the restored Chicago-Northwestern Train Depot.
