Title: That the Request by Anthony Parker to operate a tattoo establishment at 2049 Taylor Avenue is approved subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on August 14, 2013 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all license requirements with the State Department of Health Services and with the City of Racine be obtained, complied with, and kept current. c. That all trash and recyclables be kept in closed containers and stored in the building until the scheduled pick-up day. All sharps or other hazardous materials used in the administering of a tattoo or piercing shall be disposed of in accordance with all state and local regulations. d. That no loitering be allowed in or around the building. e. That the hours of operation shall be 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. f. That the sale of food and drink not be allowed. g. That the parking lot be striped to meet parking stall standard sizes prior to occupancy....

That the Request by Anthony Parker to operate a tattoo establishment at 2049 Taylor Avenue is approved subject to the following conditions:
 
a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on August 14, 2013 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein.
 
b. That all license requirements with the State Department of Health Services and with the City of Racine be obtained, complied with, and kept current.
 
c. That all trash and recyclables be kept in closed containers and stored in the building until the scheduled pick-up day.  All sharps or other hazardous materials used in the administering of a tattoo or piercing shall be disposed of in accordance with all state and local regulations.
 
d. That no loitering be allowed in or around the building.
e. That the hours of operation shall be 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
f. That the sale of food and drink not be allowed.
g. That the parking lot be striped to meet parking stall standard sizes prior to occupancy.
h. That the wood boards along the front bottom of the building be re-painted black.
i. That the area for the signage, located along the top of the windows, be painted white, or incorporated with an acceptable color upon request for signage.  All signage shall be professionally made, and reviewed and approved by the Director of City Development prior to application / installation.
 
j. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.
k. That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes be made without the approval of the Common Council.
 
l. That this conditional use permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
