Subject: Communication from the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works/Operations to amend Resolution No. 07-0457 regarding Change Order No. 3 to Contract 1-07 (K7-001), City Hall Renovations - Phase I, Seater Construction Co., Inc., contractor.
Recommendation: That Resolution No. 07-0457, dated October 16, 2007, be rescinded.
Further recommend that Change Order No. 3 to Contract 1-07 (K7-001), City Hall Renovations - Phase I, Seater Construction Co., Inc., contractor, as submitted, be approved in the amount of $12,149.00.
Further recommends that funding to defray the cost of this change order be appropriated from Account 986.100.5010, City Hall Facility Plan Implementation.
