Subject: Communication Sponsored by Mayor Mason - Acceptance of FY 2026 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Entitlement Funds and Approval of the Proposed Funding Priorities for the 2026 Program Year
Staff Recommendation: That the CDBG Advisory Board review and recommend approval of the proposed 2026 Annual Action Plan funding priorities and allocations for CDBG, HOME, and ESG, as detailed in the attached program-specific funding bucket sheets.
Fiscal Note: The proposed allocations distribute available CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds among eligible activities identified in the 2026 Annual Action Plan. Expenditures will be limited to available program funding and applicable HUD requirements.
