HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT 1800 N MAIN STREET
Body
RESOLVED, that the property owner of 1800 N. Main Street be granted permission to install awnings, goose neck lighting fixtures and a temporary storefront enclosure, as requested, with the stipulation that a hold harmless agreement be executed in accordance with Wis. Stat. sec. 66.0425, Privileges in Streets.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the property owner be charged a $50.00 fee to cover costs associates with recording this item in the Register of Deeds office.
