Recommendation of the City Plan Commission on 9-26-07:  That the request by Jay Christie, President and CEO of the Racine Zoological Gardens, 2131 North Main Street, seeking approval of a revised zoo master plan be approved, subject to the following conditions:
 
a.      That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on September 26, 2007 be approved, subject to the following conditions.
