Title
Amendment to Conditional Use Permit for Gateway Technical College Campus 1001 Main Street
Resolved, that the request to amend a conditional use permit to allow building identification signage at the Gateway Technical College Campus at 1001 Main Street be approved subject to the following conditions:
a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on July 9, 2008 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That the design of the proposed signage be that which has been approved by the Downtown Area Design Review Commission on July 3, 2008.
c. That the number and total square footage of the proposed building identification signage is found to be appropriate given the number of buildings involved and the size of the campus.
d. That all applicable permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department.
e. That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.
f. That this permit is subject to review by the Plan Commission for compliance with the listed conditions.
