RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a professional services contract with Earth Tech, Inc., to perform construction inspection services for the Lake Michigan Pathway Phase II project at a not-to-exceed cost of $20,160.00.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 985.913.5090, Michigan at Goold Slope Stabilization.
