The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 82-123(b) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of the section:

"(12)      On Ohio Street, from Washington Avenue to Durand Avenue, 6 feet."

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
