Tent at Horlick Athletic Field
Resolved, that permission is granted to erect a tent at Horlick Athletic Field on Friday, September 21, 2012, for a reunion / tailgate event that will be held in conjunction with the St. Catherine vs.Lutheran football game with the following stipulations:
A. A hold harmless agreement be executed and a $62.50 processing fee paid.
B. A liability insurance certificate be filed prior to this event.
C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor.
D. A tent permit and inspection is to be obtained.
E. Appropriate health department permits and inspection be obtained if food will be provided.
F. No stakes to hold the tent shall break the surface of the pavement.
Fiscal Note: There will be nominal costs to various City departments, on a regular shift basis, to assist in implementing this event.
