RESOLVED, that Change Order No. 2 on Contract 25-04 (K4-035), Racine Railroad Depot Restoration, Tri-North Builders, Inc., contractor, as submitted, be approved in the amount of $59,623.30.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding to defray the cost of this change order be appropriated from Account 105.900.5010, Capital Projects.
