Title: Subject: Direct Referral. Communication from the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works/ Engineering submitting a project agreement from the State of Wisconsin for 6th Street Enhancements, Grand Avenue to Main Street, State Project ID: 2440-08-71. (Res.08-1105) Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 11-11-08: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a project agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the Sixth Street Enhancements, Grand Avenue to Main Street, State Project ID: 2440-08-71, for the not-to-exceed cost of $500,000.00, which is funded 80% by the State of Wisconsin, or $400,000.00, and 20% by the City of Racine, or $100,000.00. Further recommends that funds to defray the cost of these professional services are available in the 2009 Capital Improvement Program. Fiscal Note: Funds are available as herein delineated.
