Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 08-26-2024: That the request to update Chapter 10 - Animals of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin, be to Approve the redline version with three amendments to include: the definition for dangerous animal, Sec. 10-104 (2)(b) to three days instead of five days, and 10-104(e)(1) to the police department instead of the health department.
