Further recommends the fee be $26.00 for each lineal foot of curb space granted covered by the area privilege granted if paid on or before June 30 of any year, and $13.00 for each lineal foot of curb space granted covered by the area privilege granted if paid between June 30 and December 31 of any year. Further recommends no person may park any vehicle in any area privilege zones authorized under this division at any time. Fiscal Note: This new Area Privilege Fee At All Times would generate approximately $572 per area privilege zone granted.
