Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 02-26-19: Permission be granted to the Racine Founders Rotary Club, to use Lakefront Lot No. 4/Festival Hall Lot and Civic Centre Ramp for parking and to close certain streets from 7:00 P.M. Saturday, May 18, 2019, to 4:30 A.M. Sunday, May 19, 2019, for the Rotary Post Prom, per the attached stipulations.
Fiscal Note: There will be nominal costs to various City departments, on a regular shift basis, to assist in implementing this event.
