Resolved, that Change Order No. 4 to Contract 20-07 (K7-023), Local Road Improvement Program, Cornerstone Pavers, contractor, be approved in the amount of $18,458.99.
Further resolved, that funding to defray the cost of this change order be appropriated from Account 986.908.5010, Miscellaneous Concrete Paving.
