03/19/2007- WW II Memorial at Graceland Cemetery. Jack Schumann handed out a Memo indicating the necessary repairs on the Memorial. Discussion followed concerning the "Engineering Fees (10%) and the 15% contractor fees indicated. Jack explained just what they were and why. After discussion the discussion the memo was accepted.
