Subject: Communication from the Public Health Administrator requesting permission to accept funding and for the Mayor and City Clerk to sign a contract with the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Recommendation of the Finance & Personnel Committee on 03-26-07: The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh (Grant Control No. 2007-010). Funds, not to exceed $6,500 per year, will be utilized for evaluation of the Algal Nuisance Cladophora and its effect on E. Coli and beach closures. Contract period will be from March 1, 2007 through February 28, 2010.

Funds, not to exceed $6,500 per year, will be utilized for evaluation of the Algal Nuisance Cladophora and its effect on E. Coli and beach closures. Contract period will be from March 1, 2007 through February 28, 2010.
Fiscal Note: A soft match of $1,800 per year will be fulfilled by approximately 48 total hours of Dr. Kinzelman's time.
