Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 10-07-2024: That the 2025 Operating Plan for Business Improvement District No. 1, Downtown Racine Corporation, be approved notwithstanding the board of directors page. Further, that the Finance Director be authorized and directed to include the District’s special charges on the 2024 property tax bills of affected parcels. Fiscal Note: It is estimated that $301,938 will be raised through bid assessments that will be placed into the Downtown Business Improvement District’s revenue account.
