APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR 1721 PACKARD AVENUE
Body
WHEREAS, the former Jacobsen-Textron property at 1721 Packard Avenue has been cleared and is being prepared for redevelopment; and
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted by the Redevelopment Authority for the property at 1721 Packard Avenue for redevelopment of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the four parcels Certified Survey Map for 1721 Packard Avenue, Racine, Wisconsin is hereby approved by the Common Council of the City of Racine.
