Title: Planet Fitness Signage at Regency Mall Resolved, that the request by Chris Fish, representing Integrity Sign Solutions, LLC for approval of exceptions to the Regency Mall sign standards to permit signage for Planet Fitness at 5538 Durand Avenue is approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That plans presented to the Plan Commission at the November 9, 2016 meeting be approved subject to the conditions contained herein b. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired, unless otherwise excepted herein c. That revised drawings represent letter height of no greater than 2 feet-3 ¾ “, single line text, with a fascia color of chocolate brown. d. That the Plan Commission approves the exceptions to exterior entry requirements as presented, and that said exceptions shall apply only to the signage presented for this tenant at this time. e. Resolved, that the request by Chris Fish, representing Integrity Sign Solutions, LLC for approval of exceptions to the Regency Mall sign standards to permit signage for Planet Fitness at 5538 Durand Avenue is approved, subject to the following conditions:

g. That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes shall be made from the conditions of the permit without the approval of the Common Council.
