Title: Permission for Pentecost Lutheran Church to close streets on August 15, 2009 for church block party Resolved, that Pentecost Lutheran Church be granted permission to close Jerome Boulevard, between Coolidge Avenue and Case Avenue, for an event on Saturday, August 15, 2009, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., in accordance with their request. Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Resolved, that Pentecost Lutheran Church be granted permission to close Jerome Boulevard, between Coolidge Avenue and Case Avenue, for an event on Saturday, August 15, 2009, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., in accordance with their request.
 
Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
 
A.  A hold harmless agreement be executed.
B.  Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event.
C.  Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor.
