Inflatable Water Slide on North Beach
Resolved, to approve the communication of Mark Thomas from Ocean Blue Inflatables, LLC's, concept to set up a large inflatable water slide for the summer of 2013 on North Beach pending the approval of those City Departments requiring involvement.
Further resolved, that if this concept is approved by all involved departments, the location of the slide must then be approved by the Board of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department prior to the implementation of an agreement and set up of the slide.
Fiscal Note: To be determined following the approval by administrative staff of involved departments.
