That the plans stamped presented to the Plan Commission on February 29, 2012 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That final building, landscaping, lighting and signage designs be submitted for the review and approval of the Downtown Area Design Review Commission. c. That all codes and ordinance be complied with and all permits acquired. d.
