2015 - 2019 Five Year Consolidated Plan and 2015 Annual Plan
Resolved, that the 2015 - 2019 Five Year Consolidated Plan, including the 2015 Annual Plan, is approved.
Further resolved, that the Mayor, City Clerk, and Director of City Development are authorized to submit the 2015 - 2019 Consolidated Plan, 2015 Annual Plan and supporting documents and forms to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on behalf of the City of Racine.
Fiscal Note: The Five Year Consolidated Plan is a requirement for receipt of community development funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The plan anticipates receipt of $1,735,225.00 in Community Development Block Grant, $388,894.00 in HOME Investment Partnership Grant, and $152,315.00 in Emergency Solutions Grant funding in 2015 and similar amounts in subsequent years. The Consolidated Plan is an attachment to item 15-00354.
