(Res No. 15-0231) Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee meeting on 05-26-15: Marlo, Incorporated of Racine, Wisconsin be granted permission to use City right-of-way in the center of the cul-de-sac fronting their property at 2227 South Street, with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed and a $75.00 processing fee paid. B. A liability insurance certificate be filed prior to this event - $1 Million/$3 Million for general liability. C. The company is responsible for cutting the grass/weeds, litter control and restoring the property to its normal condition. D. The company is required to clean-up and repair any damage to the public right-of-way areas being utilized for this project. Fiscal Note: N/A
