Title: Bed and Breakfast at 1121 Lake Avenue Resolved, that the request by Sandra Johnson for a conditional use permit for a bed and breakfast at 1121 Lake Avenue is approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 27, 2015 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all requirements of Section 114-428 (18) regulating Bed and Breakfast establishments, and as summarized herein, be complied with. c. That all state and local laws be complied with and permits and licenses acquired. d. That any exterior remodeling, restoration and painting activities on the structures or any signage is subject to the review and approval by the Downtown Area Design review Commission. e. That all signs be professionally made, not be internally illuminated, not be located within any vision triangle. f. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired. g. Resolved, that the request by Sandra Johnson for a conditional use permit for a bed and breakfast at 1121 Lake Avenue is approved, subject to the following conditions:
 
a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 27, 2015 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
 
b. That all requirements of Section 114-428 (18) regulating Bed and Breakfast establishments, and as summarized herein, be complied with.  
 
c. That all state and local laws be complied with and permits and licenses acquired.
