Title: Construction Staging at 1917 S. Memorial Drive Resolved, that the request by Cornerstone Pavers, LLC for a conditional use permit to utilize the southern portion of the property at 1917 S. Memorial Drive as a temporary road construction staging and work area is approved subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 27, 2015 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all applicable codes and ordinances shall be complied with and required permits obtained from the Building Inspection Department. c. That this conditional use permit shall be valid from the date of Common Council approval through September, 2015. d. That the roadway shall be swept, or ‘pick broomed’, when necessary and in a timely fashion to reduce dust, dirt, and any other debris from accumulating. e. That the recycle piles shall be kept damp, and the surrounding site and haul road maintained and dampened if deemed necessary, so as to reduce the ...

Resolved, that the request by Cornerstone Pavers, LLC for a conditional use permit to utilize the southern portion of the property at 1917 S. Memorial Drive as a temporary road construction staging and work area is approved subject to the following conditions:
 
a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 27, 2015 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein.
 
b. That all applicable codes and ordinances shall be complied with and required permits obtained from the Building Inspection Department.
 
c. That this conditional use permit shall be valid from the date of Common Council approval through September, 2015.
 
d. That the roadway shall be swept, or 'pick broomed', when necessary and in a timely fashion to reduce dust, dirt, and any other debris from accumulating.
 
e. That the recycle piles shall be kept damp, and the surrounding site and haul road maintained and dampened if deemed necessary, so as to reduce the amount of dust/particulates entering the air. Also, a tracking pad at the entrance/exit on Memorial Drive shall be installed prior to the commencement of activity at the site.
 
f. That all vehicles be parked on-site.
 
g. That the hours of operation shall be 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
 
h. That signage is not approved with this Conditional Use.  If requested, signage shall be reviewed separately and be subject to approval by the Department of City Development prior to issuance of a sign permit.
 
i. That no minor changes be made to the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes be made without the approval of the Common Council.
