Title: Popeye's Restaurant - 5550 Durand Avenue Resolved, that the request by John Brodersen for a major amendment to the conditional use for 5550 Durand Avenue to update the building and property to accommodate a Popeye’s Restaurant is approved subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission at the May 29, 2015 meeting be approved subject to conditions. b. That all codes and ordinances shall be complied with and required permits acquired. c. That all applicable building permits and occupancy permits be applied for and obtained through the Building Inspection department. d. That signage is not approved with this submittal. Signage shall be submitted to the Department of City Development for review and approval prior to the issuance of sign permits. e. That the parking lot be re-sealed and striped. f. Resolved, that the request by John Brodersen for a major amendment to the conditional use for 5550 Durand Avenue to update the building and property to accommodate a Popeye's Restaurant is approved subject to the following conditions:
 
a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission at the May 29, 2015 meeting be approved subject to conditions.
 
b. That all codes and ordinances shall be complied with and required permits acquired.
 
c. That all applicable building permits and occupancy permits be applied for and obtained through the Building Inspection department.
 
d. That signage is not approved with this submittal. Signage shall be submitted to the Department of City Development for review and approval prior to the issuance of sign permits.
 
e. That the parking lot be re-sealed and striped.
 
f. That a revised site plan be submitted removing the five parking spaces from the south/southeast area around the building along Durand Avenue, and that this area shall remain open space. The plan shall also show screening landscaping proposed for the equipment along the west side of the building.
 
g. That a detail for the dumpster enclosure height, color, and doors shall be provided.
 
h. That detail on the proposed lighting fixtures, along with a photometric plan, shall be submitted to the Department of City Development for review and approval prior to issuance of an occupancy permit.
 
i. That the hours of operation shall be from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., Sunday - Thursday; and from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Friday - Saturday.
 
j. That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes made to these conditions without the approval of the Common Council.
 
k. That this approval is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
