The proposed amendment is consistent with goals, objectives, and policies of the plan. 2. The proposed amendment will not lead to detrimental environmental effects. 3. Further, based on the above findings, that Ord. 07-15 be adopted, and
 
Finally, that the Resolution be adopted.
