(Res No. 0274-16) Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 07-26-16: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a lease agreement with the Great Lakes Community Conservation Corp. for the use of the former Fire Station No. 5 facility, 1437 Marquette Street at a rate of $1.00 per year plus all actual utility costs. The term of the lease will be through December 31, 2016 with annual renewals. Fiscal Note: This rental agreement will result in $1.00 of additional revenue to the City of Racine in 2016.
