Title: Façade Alterations for Bob's Discount Furniture at Regency Mall Resolved, that the application from Kyle Hammer of Camburas & Theodore, Ltd. (representing Bob’s Discount Furniture) seeking approval for minor façade alterations, and for exceptions to the Regency Mall Planned Development sign standards (5800 Durand Avenue) is approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission at the July 27, 2016 meeting be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all codes and ordinances be complied with, unless otherwise excepted herein, and required permits acquired. c. That the façade modifications are found to be acceptable as presented. d. That the total signage square footage may be up to 250 square feet in area, and up to 48.6 feet in length. Resolved, that the application from Kyle Hammer of Camburas & Theodore, Ltd. (representing Bob’s Discount Furniture) seeking approval for minor façade alterations, and for exceptions to the Regency Mall Planned Development sign standards (5800 Durand Avenue) is approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission at the July 27, 2016 meeting be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
