Title
1-lot Certified Survey Map for 1624 Yout Street
Resolved, that the request by Jeff Gustin, representing Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin, Inc., seeking approval of a 1-lot certified survey map for 1624 Yout Street is approved subject to the following conditions:
a. That the certified survey map as prepared by Mark Madsen, registered Wisconsin Land Surveyor, dated September 14, 2016 and presented to the Plan Commission on November 9, 2016 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That the map comply with all applicable Wisconsin State Statutory requirements (Sec. 236.34) and Racine Municipal Code requirements (Ch. 86) in its final preparation.
c. That all technical discrepancies as identified by Staff be resolved prior to the documents recording.
d. That, within thirty days of recording, a certified recorded copy of the CSM shall be provided to the Department of City Development.
