By Including: Right-of-way traffic on "19th Street"; Stop signs facing traffic on "Deane Boulevard". B. Recommends that Section 94-141 (6) of Schedule F relating to "No parking from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays", be amended: By Deleting: Owen Avenue, both sides, from 16th Street north 80 feet.
