Title: Rooftop-Mounted Antenna and Ancillary Equipment at 201 Sixth Street Resolved, that the request by Nathan Ward, representing Verizon Wireless to install rooftop-mounted antenna and ancillary equipment at 201 Sixth Street, is approved subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on January 25, 2017, are approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That the following authorities have found that the installation, the subject of this request, represents no adverse effect on the historic National Register property of 201 Sixth Street: 1. September 22, 2017, the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) of the Wisconsin Historical Society, 2. November 10, 2016, the Downtown Area Design Review Commission, subject to design modifications expressed herein in condition “c”, 3. December 12, 2016, the Landmarks Preservation Commission. c. Rooftop-Mounted Antenna and Ancillary Equipment at 201 Sixth Street

Resolved, that the request by Nathan Ward, representing Verizon Wireless to install rooftop-mounted antenna and ancillary equipment at 201 Sixth Street, is approved subject to the following conditions:

a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on January 25, 2017, are approved subject to the conditions contained herein.

b. That the following authorities have found that the installation, the subject of this request, represents no adverse effect on the historic National Register property of 201 Sixth Street:

1. September 22, 2017, the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) of the Wisconsin Historical Society,
2. November 10, 2016, the Downtown Area Design Review Commission, subject to design modifications expressed herein in condition “c”,
3. December 12, 2016, the Landmarks Preservation Commission.

c. That 5” x 5” square tube steel be used and that the ends resting on the parapet walls be treated in a manner such that:

1. Tube ends be cut back at a 45 degree angle so as to minimize the visible profile of the tubing at the building’s street edge.
2. Sections of tubing and related supports resting on top of the parapet walls be painted to match the color of the parapet coping.
3. The color of all other equipment and infrastructure which extends above the buildings parapet be a neutral hue.

d. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department.

e. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.

f. That all wireless communication providers shall report their frequencies to the Racine Emergency Services Department and provide and maintain with that department a current listing of all frequencies utilized by the facility and the name of a contact in charge of radio frequencies for the operator.
