Correction to 2016 Assessment of 2707 Rapids Drive
Resolved, that an update to the description in the tax roll for the property located at 2707 Rapids Drive (parcel # 21192005) to exempt nontaxable for the 2016 tax year and a write off of the real estate tax portion of the 2016 tax bill, is approved.
Fiscal Note: Real Estate taxes of $14,488.14 will be written off. Chargebacks will be made to the other taxing jurisdictions.
