All assistance recipients must be City of Racine residents. The Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration Grant is partly administered by the City of Racine Public Health Department. (Res No. 0103-17) Recommendation of the Loan Board of Review on March 8, 2017, amended as follows: To approve the Kenosha/Racine Lead Free Communities Program be granted up to $50,000 of CDBG funds (Acct # 813) for the purposes of temporary relocation assistance for program participants from the City of Racine. Also that the Director of City Development be authorized to execute any agreements regarding the commitment of funds and support of the Racine/Kenosha lead hazard control grant. Fiscal Note: There are sufficient CDBG funds available in Housing Loan Account #813.
