Title: Drive-Through Facilities at 5101 Washington Avenue Resolved, that the request from Sarah Freymuth of the Redmond Company seeking a conditional use permit for drive-through facilities associated with a proposed full service town bank at 5101 Washington Avenue is approved, subject to the listed conditions: a. That the site information and plans presented to the Plan Commission at the March 8, 2017 meeting be approved. b. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired. c. That signage as presented is approved as part of this plan. d. That revised plans be submitted for the review and approval of the Director of City Development as follows: Prior to issuance of a building permit submit: (i) revised elevation drawings illustrating the application of additional stone work to the north and west facades of the building. Drive-Through Facilities at 5101 Washington Avenue

Resolved, that the request from Sarah Freymuth of the Redmond Company seeking a conditional use permit for drive-through facilities associated with a proposed full service town bank at 5101 Washington Avenue is approved, subject to the listed conditions:

a. That the site information and plans presented to the Plan Commission at the March 8, 2017 meeting be approved.

b. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.

c. That signage as presented is approved as part of this plan.

d. That revised plans be submitted for the review and approval of the Director of City Development as follows: Prior to issuance of a building permit submit: (i) revised elevation drawings illustrating the application of additional stone work to the north and west facades of the building. (ii) revised dumpster drawings that illustrate the incorporation of colors reflective of the main building: decorative block, color integral, and illustrate a concrete pad and approach thereto. (iii) submit a revised landscape plan that does not include invasive, non-salt-tolerant species, and illustrates a landscape grouping north of the dive through for headlight screening.

e. That if exterior improvements are not completed prior to a request for an occupancy permit, a financial surety shall be provided by the applicant. Said surety shall be in an amount to be determined for any outstanding work, shall be made payable to the City of Racine, shall be valid for no less than one year, and shall meet all requirements for document format and content as required by the City Attorney.

f. That no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no minor changes be made without the approval of the Director of City Development.

g. That this permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with listed conditions.
