Title: Tattoo Establishment at 900 State Street Resolved, that the request from Tomas Pocius of Ink Era Tattoo seeking a conditional use permit to operate a tattoo establishment at 900 State Street is approved subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 10, 2017, be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all license requirements of the State Department of Health and the City of Racine be obtained, complied with, and kept current at all times. c. That all sharps or other equipment used in administering tattoos shall be disposed of in accordance with State and local regulations. d. That no loitering in or around the building shall be permitted. e. That the hours of operation shall be Noon to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Noon to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday, with no hours on Sunday. f. Tattoo Establishment at 900 State Street

Resolved, that the request from Tomas Pocius of Ink Era Tattoo seeking a conditional use permit to operate a tattoo establishment at 900 State Street is approved subject to the following conditions:

 

a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 10, 2017, be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.

 

b. That all license requirements of the State Department of Health and the City of Racine be obtained, complied with, and kept current at all times.

 

c. That all sharps or other equipment used in administering tattoos shall be disposed of in accordance with State and local regulations.

 

d. That no loitering in or around the building shall be permitted.

e. That the hours of operation shall be Noon to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Noon to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday, with no hours on Sunday.

 

f. That employees park on or south of State Street.

g.   That the sale of food or drink shall not be allowed.

h. That all signs shall be professionally made, comply with zoning ordinance requirements, and be approved by the Director of City Development prior to issuance of a sign permit.

 

i. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.

j. That no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.

 

k. That this conditional use permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
