Resolved, that the City Clerk's veto to turn mayor administrative staff into a communications staff person (pages 25,28, & 41) as submitted, is approved as follows:
Decrease Expense 11002-50100 Administrative- Salaries by $20,000.00 from $315,430.00 to $295,430.00;
Decrease Expense 11002-50100 Administrative- Salaries by $25,099.00 from $315,430.00 to $290,331.00;
Decrease Expense 11002-51010 Administrative- FICA by $1,837.00 from $21,788.00 to $19,951.00;
Decrease Expense 11002-51100 Administrative- WRS by $1,682.00 from $19,796.00 to $18,114.00;
Decrease Expense 11002-51200 Administrative- Health by $9,720.00 from $69,120.00 to $59,400.00;
Increase Expense 11004-50100 Attorney- Salaries by $25,099.00 from $315,430.00 to $290,331.00;
Increase Expense 11004-51010 Attorney- FICA by $1,837 from $21,788.00 to $19,951.00;
Increase Expense 11004-51100 Attorney- WRS by $1,682.00 from $19,796.00 to $18,114.00;
Increase Expense 11004-51200 Attorney- Health by $9,720.00 from $69,120.00 to $59,400.00;

Further resolved, that the Mayor’s veto is sustained, the Common Council is approved to thereupon proceed to adopt a substitute.
