Staff Recommendation on 12-20-2017: That the Common Council authorize the expenditure of not-to-exceed $100,000 in Wastewater Capital surcharge revenues to engage professional consulting services in support of City negotiations toward the possible provision of water and/or wastewater service and/or capacity to jurisdictions outside the City. Fiscal Note: Fund are available in the wastewater utility surcharge fund, org: 40103.
