Subject: (Direct Referral) Communication from the Mayor convening a meeting of the Executive Committee in Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)(e), to address a matter which, for competitive and bargaining reasons, requires a closed session, specifically a prospective Town of Yorkville Water Diversion Application, the Foxconn development and issues attendant thereto.
Staff Recommendation to the Executive Committee: None at this time.
The Executive Committee will not return to Open Session.
NOTICE OF COMMON COUNCIL MEMBER ATTENDANCE
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the member of the Common Council may be present at the meeting, and, although this may constitute a quorum of the Common Council, the Common Council will not take any action at this meeting.
