Title: 5502 Durand Avenue Resolved, that the request from Racine Mall LLC, seeking a major amendment to an existing conditional use permit, which allows a planned development at 5502 Durand Avenue, is approved subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on June 13, 2018, is approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That an exception from Racine Ordiance Section 114.735.59(b) to allow EIFS at three feet four inches above grade at each mall entryway granted with this conditional use. c. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired. d. That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council. e.
